Returns & Exchanges
Ann Demeulemeester offers a refined return process, allowing customers to request a return for any item within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned pieces must be in their original condition, unworn and unaltered, with all signature tags and packaging intact.
Request Authorization
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring the Ann Demeulemeester security seal remains attached to the garment.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid courier label provided with your original shipment to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery information.
Dispatch and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once our atelier verifies the integrity of the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
